As the Johnson Jaguars prepare to graduate their first four year class of Athletes the Coaches and Staff are also getting ready to welcome in another Freshman Class. The class of 2016 will officially become Freshman at the end of the the 8th grade school year, and the Johnson coaching staff is giving the student athletes of 2016 a guide to jump start their High School Athletic careers.

Coach Rittimann has released a document listing the Important dates to remember for the incoming Freshman Class of Athletes. There is plenty of on campus activities for the Class of 2016 to participate in and not only gain valuable experience as they enter the High School Level but also a chance to meet and work with the High School Coaches over the summer.

All Camp participants must have a Waver on file and a physical. Physicals will be preformed on May 19th.

The Jaguar Pride Association will hold a “Middle School Night” general meeting on May 21st in the Auditorium. All Incoming Freshman Athletes and their Parents are invited to attend this meeting where more summer information and JPA information will be presented.

Freshman Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in 7-on7 football, softball camp, basketball camps, volleyball camps and football camps through out the summer months. It is also encouraged that all athletes consider the voluntary Strength and Conditioning period that last a little over a month. Strength and Conditioning is run in 6 separate sessions. Incoming Freshman girls are recommended for session 5 from 9:50- 11:20 AM. Incoming Freshman Boys are recommended for session 6 from 10:25- 11:55 AM.
